Well, as a general rule JDR Microdevices and Jameco are actually pretty good
for new EPROMs. I'll pick on your part number a little though-- if you
really don't want a CMOS part (so a 27512 and NOT a 27C512) you'll have a
tough time finding then at 150ns I think. Also, the 27512-12 would usually
suggest a 120ns part and not a 150ns... If it's not critical, JDR should
have 27C512-150's for around $2.50 without any haggling. (Don't order from
the webpage at that quantity-- call and ask to talk to someone in Premier
Accounts.)
I'd think you should be able to get new 27C512-150 from JDR for about $2.10
or a little less with minimal dickering with the Premier Accounts people...
