The field collapsed after the last horizontal output pulse
when the monitor was switched off. Now there is just a big
Leyden jar capacitor with its own charge. The current from
discharging it doesn't flow through any transformer, therefore
there are no new magnetic fields (except the one around the
discharge wire, calculations left as an exercise for the reader).
