TECH: Invisible Mappy

I have a Mappy that loks and sounds fine except for one problem; NO MAPPY! No
other characters either! I can see the maze and door and trampolines. Doors
open and trampolines bounce when you hit them so it's playing properly. Any
idea what the problem might be or where to start looking? Keep in mind that
i'm a beginner on the tech end of games. Any assistance is greatly
appreciated.
