Scott told me about that game. He said it was going to be really fun, until
someone decided that it needed to be cute. I don't recall any details though.
I'm thinking Scott left before it released or perhaps shortly after - it
may have been that he left and the next guy changed it to cute?? I'm all
confused. Write him an email and get it right - then document it on the
net so we don't have to re-ask him every few years. BTW I got the
impression that Scott kinda liked talking about that stuff (not as much
as Tim), but he's got his own company now and is probably rather busy.
BTW, if anyone has any idea how to contact Larry Rosenthal, I would like
to do just that - I tried this several years ago, but didn't follow
through when he seemed really pissed off about the whole thing. Now, having
a little more experience with pointy-haired business people, I really want
to hear his story about them (as I'm sure many of you would too).
BTW2, my email and web pages at OU will probably be going away soon, so if
anyone wants the Windoze Cinematronics emulator (or any of my other crap)
you can grab it for a short time at: http://www.oakland.edu/~phkahler
The big dumb university has decided they can't maintain accounts for the
3500 card carrying, dues paying Alumni Association members. It's still one
of the best schools for undergrads, but that is subject to change. Oops,
but that's not vector related...
