Sorry about that Clay.

As for the Shack #, I took the bad micro switch in and just matched it
up to the existing switches displayed. An easy event to remember.
The wait took about 20 min while the cashier was tied up pitching cell
phone service. (!@$?!)

I did save the package, and will do some digging.
