Weird.... Bally Space Duel?????

Started working on one of my Space Duel projects tonight, and I found a
curious thing.... a Bally factory sticker on the PCB, still said Atari too,
but the board had a Bally sticker. Is this normal?? The game looks like
it's never been opened before. Instruction manual bag never been opened,
still had all the coin sticker/inserts, and the PCB still had those
bubble-zip ties holding the connectors on. I was just curious if other
Space Duels came with the Bally sticker.
