        Not really, no. Baking soda and white vinegar are relatively weak, as
alkalis and acids go, for one thing. (Check the label on the vinegar
bottle; it'll typically say "diluted to 5% acidity".) Also, corrosion (of
either type) takes time, and you won't be leaving the substances on the
board that long.

        They do, and they're basically just glorified, high-tech dishwashers.

        No detergent. (They do use a cleaning agent in the professional
board-house machines, but it's special stuff - Cascade Spot-Free Lemon
Fresh is _not_, IMO, something you want being sprayed all over your boards.
