Fix: Replace CA3080 at U6
It finally came to me that the White Background Noise (WBN) and Explosion 3
(which I found out maps to "Small Explosion") both feed into this chip.
Replacing it fixed the problem.
Like anyone but me cares...
BTW, I'm considering making up a few Sega G-80 "Extender card harnesses".
They would plug into the card cage like a normal board, but then have an
extended harness coming from it so you could lay down, probe, and flip over
the board you were working on. Just trying to gauge interest, so send
