Oops! WG Monitor Problem

Hi,

Well, after installing the LV 2000 in to my tempest monitor and the Zanen
kit, I plugged it all in and immediately the magic smoke poured out. I shut
things down and found a 3.3 ohm resistor on the deflection board was toast.
I was puzzled, so I went to bed. After much thought (at work of course)
about what I might have done wrong, it dawned on me that I screwed up the
chassis mounted transistors. Upon further inspection (later that evening),
I found that I had swapped around 705 and 606. Don't ask me how, I am
blaming the cold medicine but it was probably just stupidity on my part.

I replaced the burned resistor and swapped the two transistors, but I am
thinking they are fried? What else might I have damaged with this bonehead
move? The only obvious damage was the resistor and the F700 fuse was
blown. Should I install a new zanen kit? Needless to say, my monitor
still does not work right.

Duff
