Speaking of which (yeah, this is slightly off-topic), does anyone know a
good source of thermal epoxy? I need to attach a heatsink to a
surface-mounted device that's running hot. The ideal glue would be
something that's permanent and has high thermal conductivity, and won't
deteriorate at 80-90C. Would a very thin layer of regular 5-minute epoxy
do the trick here, or should I get the Real Thing?
The device is rated to 145C, so I'm not worried about it. But the
electrolytic capacitor right *next* to the device is another story ;-)
Later,
Doug.
