No. You will need to swap the monitor end cap (aka nipple) on the tube (fairly easy). Also, you may see some bowing of the display (although maybe not). As far as I know, the yoke will work fine with the Amplifone boards. I have not tried this before, however.

No. You will need to attach the Amplifone yoke to a 90 degree tube. The WG6100 tube is 100 degrees.

The Amplifone schematics I have show the original tube to be an RCA 19VJTP22. This is the standard res tube they used - don't get one of these. The medium res tube is the Rauland M48AAW00X. This is the one Noel has been talking about recently (actually, as I look back, I see he's mentioned them a lot :).
