He does have the -04 version. You can turn that in to an -02 by adding the
following:

C22,23 1uF 50v axial
C24,31 22uF 3vf axial
R25 4ohm 5W wirewound
R31 22ohm 10W wirewound
Q8 7812 reg
Q9 7905 reg
