A Japanese(I believe) company did, I have some and the manual/schems for
it, here:

  to download it all ( about 5.2 Meg, beware!)

I think Jon will have it on www.arcademonitors.com soon..
It was imported and used here in Australia, I have it in Battlezone, it
uses darlington deflection amp modules instead of discrete transistors,
pretty neat and quite reliable (so far :) )

I will take some pics when I get the camera and the machines together at
the same time!
