I think so?

Many of my other signatures were correct so I assumed my SA harness was
right.

I am using a Bugtrap SA device rather than the Cat Box.

I've tried atleast 3 different PROMs, all original Atari chips. It must be
an input problem but again all of those checksums appear correct.

It may be a timing issue with the PROMs, but they are all identically
wrong....
