MCR SSIO test

Hey Clay:

I put up your Bally MCR SSIO test ROM on my web site, and wanted to know
if that was ok with you? You should probably put it on your web page as
well!

Also, I was wondering if this test would work on the SSIO with panning
board? I am going to test my Discs of tron Environmental boardset, and
thought this might help!
