Re: Battlezone: X and Y Center

I had to add pots to my Asteroids Deluxe when I replaced the DAC's because the centering was off more than the centering rings on the monitor would fix. On Asteroids Deluxe, the two pins used to set the zeroing on the dac were shorted under the chip (didn't realize it until after I installed sockets - doh!). Anyway, it doesn't really matter what pots you use as you are adjusting from full open to full close. Anything you can find at Radio Shack that fits will work fine. In my case, I soldered to the dac's pins. It wasn't pretty, but it worked without running wires.
