Tempest control knob

Hello all,

Anyone know where to get a replacement? The best I've found until now is here (thanks Tek!):

I did find an old message in the Vector list archive that says the one used on Mad Planets is the same as the Tempest
one
( http://www.arlo.net/vectorlist/archive/9708/0058.html ),
so if this is the case I assume they weren't custom made...
