Control panel overlay question

Does anybody know if Roy (chumblespuzz) ever reproduced Tempest to Major
Havoc control panel overlays? I figure I'd ask here, since I don't know if
he's been watching his e-mail and was hoping for a quick reply.

The reason I ask is that I recently received what is supposed to be an NOS
Tempest->MH CPO, and while I trust the seller, the overlay looks so damned
*new* that it worries me. Let me say that while I really appreciate Roy's
work with his repro items, the recent talk of the problems people have had
with them caught my attention.

Roy, I'm not trying to slam your work - so please don't take this the wrong
way. I believe you made a good faith effort to help collectors out with
your repros. In fact, your Tempest spinner kits are the cat's ass; I can't
get over how good they are. However, back to the overlay situation, I paid
for an NOS CPO and I'd just like to be sure that's what this is.
