Peter, I believe you misunderstood. At the risk of oversimplification, all
games manufactured for U.S. sale which require isolation transformers are
designed, built, and sold with them installed. The only ones which did not
are the modern ones which have monitors that do not require isolation
transformers.

We have regulatory agencies like most other countries, that dictate things
be done this way. We're not "that stupid" or "fucked-up," you just
misunderstood the meaning behind someone's post and jumped to a pretty
ridiculous and unfounded conclusion.
