ontrack is REALLY expensive from what I've heard.. They are located a
couple miles from my house and a good friend of mine works there. Hes
trying to get into the data recovery department so maybe he'd do it for
free just to get some expierence :) They have a lot of free time over
there.. he plays quake on the network with the recovery guys a
couple hours a day (theres only like 3 people in recovery) because they
only get about 2 jobs a day which take about 2 hours each.. if they get
$2k a drive that seems like a good business to be in :) apparently they
get a lot of business just reading 9-track tapes..
