If you have the board handy you can tell by the socket whether it is a
2716,2732, or 2532. A 2716 has pin 21 tied to Vcc, a 2732 uses pin 21 as a
chip select, and a 2532 uses pin 21 for A11. The file sizes won't tell you
the type of 4k device...
