Well, after your response, some input from David Fish and checking the
angles on my Tempest CP again I think it is a Tempest CP with a roller
hacked in.
It's not a haced CC CP because there is no hole for the TB. Also, as David
pointed out, there are 2 extra bolts next to the roller. These are probably
from the original Tempest spinner.
