Black Widow question

Hello All!

Without starting the old factory vs. operator conversion argument (I
hope!), I was wondering what to think of the fact that my recently
acquired BW has all matching serial numbers. Did the Black Widow kit
just provide the ROMS to swap with Gravitar's, or did it include the
complete PCB?
