I have a very similar problem as Walt. Here's a pic of the output of MY
board:

This is the gameplay demo in attract mode. I started it up in self-test but
it only trips the spot killer. No beeps are to be heard either. I replaced
all of the socketed chips with known good ones and I still get this picture.
Any suggestions? The DACs are good, as are the ALU chips.

Yep - see the description. All IC's in the vector section (DACs included)
were socketed by a previous owner. I verified the sockets and the IC's as
working and good.
