asteroids deluxe video inversion

Got 'er dicked.....
troubleshooting a sound problem led me to the inversion(or lack of) problem. Replacing the ls259 @m10 and the 4016 @r11 solved both.
Now that I look at the video output section schematic, that 4016 is responsible for feeding the invertor circuit as well as gating the thrust sound.
Man that board had a lot of problems!

All is well now and it will probably be traded for a Gorf cocktail this weekend.

Maybe they owe ME some money!! Yea, right......
