Asteroids/AD multigame

Well, not a multigame so much as a multi cab...

I picked up an Asteroids cocktail. I remember there is some trouble with
running an AD board in an Asteroids cab; there is a difference in audio
levels. I'd like to be able to just swap the edge connector from one board
to the other, but the AD board would of course have some adapter. What do I
need to add to the adapter such that the audio levels will be somewhat
equal?
