For "big dog" and others-some known flyback pinouts!

I assume NO responsibilty for this info, although I believe it to be
correct.

OK. First, ALL of these have an isolated drive winding,
most of these are in hot-ground sets.
BTW, almost all flybacks have an isolated driver winding, and in many
sets, the flyback IS the isolation transformer.
All of these have the standard divider built in with the 2 controls,
with foucus+g-2 outputs.
The voltages noted are when operated in a "normal" TV.
B+ is usually 120-130 Volts IN to the fly back, all other voltages come OUT
of it, and need a hi-speed diode+a cap to GND to get the voltage.

The pins are NOT marked on the transformer, but they were
helpfully marked on the boards they were taken off of!
They are the pin-outs reffered to here.
All are given Clockwise around, looking at the bottom-held
as the letter "C", pins start at the lower right...

If you ONLY want HV, you only need the collector and B+ pins,
with maybe the +180 ouput used for the video out transistors.

Emerson #3225006
Collector (to horiz out)
B+ (usually 110 to 130 volts)
+25V (usually to vertical deflection)
+14V (misc supplies)
Gnd
+180V (usually boosted off of the B+ pin, beware!)
this winding just adds 60-70 volts to the B+
ABL (usually the ground for the HV 30KV,used in many sets for HV
           current monitoring)
Gnd
AFC (small winding, often used to sync horiz osc)
Heater (power for pix tube fil)
There is also a small tab next to the "ABL" pin, was grounded in the set...
seems to be the ground for the hi-voltage!

Most flybacks are VERY similar to this, just slightly different volt outs
for tube sizes, etc...

Emerson #3225003 (can get this for $25)
B+, +180, AFC, Collector, +25V, +14V, ABL, Heater, GND, GND
This one has a small aux winding on the other side used to reg the power
supply, called the "scr coil"

Emerson 3220030
Collector,B+,+25V,+14V,GND,+180V,ABL,GND,AFC,Heater(tube)

Emerson 3220018 (3220019 may be VERY similar, slightly higher HV?)
B+,+180V,AFC,Collector,+25V,open pin,ABL,GND,Heater,+14V
This fly has the "scr" coil too.

Daewoo DCF-2077
Collector,open pin,AFC,B+,+17V,ABL,+25V,GND,+175V(boosted),heater

Goldstar 154-1770
Collector,+180V,B+,Gnd,+24V,+12V,Gnd,ABL,Heater,+22V

You should have no problem getting these from a TV parts distributor...

One thing of note-the G2 and the foucus outputs are scaled to an output
HV of 25-30KV, since vector monitors use less, the foucus output
may be too low to use, even turned up all the way.
The +180V boost will also be less "boosted" as well.

good luck!
