Mathbox Signature Analysis setup?

Does anyone have the disassembly of the setup code run when preparing the
Math Box for signature analysis.

You know, you ground DIA Step 5 times, screen goes blank & then you can test
it.

I'd like to know what the board does to the Mathbox to prepare it for
signature analysis. (so I can do the same thing).

Even a routine location would be a start.
