RE: Cinematronics Monitor Repair Advice

Yeah, what's weird is those transistors test out fine using a diode
test. Maybe a previous owner had already replaced them. The 7406 chip
was missing so maybe it was a partial repair already. That's for the
suggestion though. I'll double check them.
