In terms of electrical, sound, and display, yes.
However, the games use different control panel schemes. You would need to
rig up a second control panel or (*shudder*) hack the one you have.
If you have a sega converta cabinet (vs an Asteroids conversion), then
swapping control panels in is a piece of cake...just need to find a Space
Fury control panel or a hacked control panel that you can rework.
