TECH: WG 19V2000 Problem

I have a Wells Gardner 19V2000 in my Asteroids cab that went lame this
weekend. All of a sudden, the picture is compressed into the bottom half of
the screen. Game plays great, and everything in the bottom half of the
screen looks fine, but when it crosses the X axis, it turns very thin :-)

Any ideas?
