Amplifone & wiggly vectors

I recently got my SW operational, and I'm noticing some problems w/ wiggly
vectors in the lower-right quadrant of the screen.

I poked at my vectorlist archives and Google groups, and didn't turn up much
except the possibility of non-NI resistors on the deflection board.

I haven't done any board swapping or other troubleshooting yet. Just
wondering if anyone had any possible insights before I attack it.

What has been done:
 - New caps and trans on deflection board
 - New caps, regs, and BU406D on the HV board
 - Replaced one 0-ohm jumper on the deflection board (originals are still
there -- yes I know, they are going next time I have the boards out).
