I'm not aware of one for BZ (but then, I haven't really looked) but there's
one coming real soon now for Asteroids, see here:

Nice simple module too - pull out your 6502A, plug it into daughtercard,
plug daughtercard into newly vacated 6502A socket and that's it! :-)
