Since the WG6100 doesn't have a single part rectifier, I would assume you are referring to the bridge rectifier in the power supply. I think you should take a look at the rectifying diodes on the deflection board along with the filter caps behind them on the (-) side. These are not replaced in the standard cap kit, but are in the extra parts kit.
