Easy enough, there's two main methods which I'm aware of:

a) get hold of some software to do the job for you (something like this:

OR:

b) go to the DOS/command prompt and type in something along the lines of:

copy /B romimage romimage > doubleimage

Something like that anyway, I forget the exact syntax.

Basically, all you're doing is doubling up the image so it fills twice the
space (a 2732 being double the size of a 2716) so one image is
'piggy-backed' above the other.
