I just wanted to clear up something. I am EXTREMLY happy with the FAQ
I used. I would have been lost without it. I am very grateful to
Michael for writting it up and look forward to seeing his updated
version when it is available. I didn't want anyone to think I was
complaining about the FAQ. I simply wanted to make the points known
in case anyone else plans to do this work and then they will be
aware of them. There is clearly a Disclaimer at the beginning of the
FAQ that there can and probably are errors. Thanks Mike!
