Can I safely assume then that I have blown the bridge rectifier diodes
on the deflection board since I had the 7924cv mounted (with mica
insulator) with a metal bolt/nut? Looks like CR16 and CR17 may be
toast on the Deflection board where the 50 volts AC is rectified to
25v DC. Does that sound correct? I don't think the fuse got taken out
but that is just before the bridge.
I'm new at this but I will never make that mistake again!
Thanks again,
Greg
