Lunar Lander 'diagnostic' ROMs?

Anyone play around with the Lunar Lander 'Diagnostic' ROM and PROM
images that Clay dumped a few years ago? If I remember correctly, Clay
thought it might be the international language version that was missing,
but when I run ROMIDENT on those files, it comes up as 'Diagnostic
ROMs'. And these files do NOT correspond to any other set of Lunar
Lander ROMs that I have (and I have two).
