MPSU07 and MPSU57 replacement order

I am considering a buy of Central Semiconductors MPSU07 and MPSU57
replacement transistors (CEN-U07 and CEN-U57.) Both are in a TO-202 package.
 
The cost on these is $1.04 ea. I am not looking to mark these up at all -
this is how much they cost. But, I would need $4 per person for shipping.
The minimum total order will be 500 pieces of each. Who would be interested
in a lot of 100 pieces? I will split this up 50 per part#. This will most
likely need to be cash up front, as I can't afford to front this. Maybe
someone else can?
 
I am willing to take 200 pieces of the 1000 up front (100 of each.. Anyone
else interested?
