A small vector generator update

Neil has written a small app that allows him to capture emulated frames and
convert them to the command set used by the ZVG.

I've taken his frame dump and compiled it into the firmware. (This picture is
still not "live".)

This is a frame capture from Asteroids attract mode, I thought it was pretty
cool!
