Karl,
^^^^^
Thank you much for your suggestion on Removing the
Sound Board, but have already tried to do this
and unfortunately when I did this (Removed the Sound Board)
the problem was still very much present.
Must be something on the MAIN or the AVG Board(s) ???
Question is what ??? and I know it is not the AVG Chip itself,
since at least, I already replaced this one part with a known
good working one(the Chip that is).
One thing I should add is that not even the Sound Board
which was Tested by Clay Cowgill(Whom I purchased it from)
makes any noise, all I hear is a Very Faint Sound of Static when
the Volume is Maxed out.
Also and as previously stated I get no picture, nothing
only the Spot Killer being on.
In addition I can not even enter self test, as there seems
to be No Response when pressing the TEST Switch.
Appreciate any other ideas you all may have ......
Arcadius......... :-)

Try removing the sound board as it should boot without it: not very useful
if you want to use the diagnostic test 'beeps' but at least you'll know if
the sound board is dragging the rest of it down.....
