Re: Tempest boards playing blind (and worse)...help!

Oh, one more tempest thing... I have a spare set of tempest boards that
work great... just one problem... no red gun... turns out the pin on the
edge connector for the red gun is gone ! peeled right up and off.....

Now I don't want to relocate the signal to an unused pin... as that makes
it wiring specific....

So...

Anyone ever restore a missing "pin" ? I was thinking of using one from
a scrap board... using a razor blade to peel up a "replacement" one, and
epoxying it to the location of the missing "pin" on the tempest board.

Comments, ideas, etc welcome.

sets that play fine blind, but no video (spot killer on)...have another that
plays blind, but draws a few crazy random vectors, with the spot killer going on
and off rapidly.  Monitor sounds like hell during this, so I only ran it a few
seconds.
