Re: Problem WG 19V2000 monitor

I noticed something when I unplugged the yoke...
The X winding has a resistance of about 2.6 ohms
The Y winding has a resistance or about 1.6 ohms
The resistor that gets burning hot stays cool if I unplug the yoke.

Please tell me my yoke isn't dud??

I also did a couple more shots of the screen - fast exposure this time
to try and freeze what's happening (the image judders all over the top
half of the screen)

Assuming it's not the yoke, and since I've replaced every transistor and
diode in the X and Y sections... and now I know the thing 'll run
without burning up, if I unplug the yoke, I suppose I better get the
scope out and look for the waveform patterns.
