Loss of focus on a Wells-Gardner XY...

        I've got a TEMPEST machine with a peculiar problem...

        When you first turn the game on, the picture is nice and sharp - but as
the monitor warms up, it goes further and further out of focus. The
picture does not respond to the focus control on the HV cage.

        I just did a full Zanen kit + Clay Harrell's upgrades (except the
LV2000) on it, so... ideas?
