Ever seen this Asteroids problem before??

Hello,

     I've got a wierd problem with this rev2 board. The first pic is the test
screen, the next 2 are play mode:

Board passes self test with no errors. /ALPHANUM should be high low pulsing,
it is high pulsing low. Replaced LS20 @ E5, LS08 @ E6, LS157 @ F6. no fix.
Both /UNMDACX12 and /UNMDACY12 are pulsing in test mode; they should be high.
Any ideas of what to check next?? Any help would be appreciated.
