You'd need more than just a harness. You would have to supply a seperate
AC input and you'd need the 6401 Interface board present. The power
requirements are different 50VAC C.T. (K6100) versus 80VAC C.T. (K6401)
The X & Y levels are different also +/-8V, +/-6V vs. +/-4V and +/-3V.
The interface board might be able to adjust for this large of an input.

It would be closer, but you'd still need the Interface board. The X & Y
outputs of the Sega boards is +/-4V and +/-3V but you would be missing
the centering control (no big deal) and the linearity control (possibly
a big deal). The sega transformer puts out about 90VAC C.T. but it can be
adjusted (See V-list archives). The RGB outputs of the G-80 set are slightly
different and would need to be tweaked too.
