Seriously, though: I'm debugging an HV cage that outputs full high
voltage to the tube, but only ~24V to the B+ input on the neck board.
Result is a nice, staticky tube but no picture.

Q901, Q902, and Q903 all test good out of circuit, as do the two
transistors mounted to the cage (I've never seen these fail, btw). Any
other parts I should check?
