Hi Art -- I made the mistake of saying "I'll respond to this later when I
have a minute" -- and not getting back to you for a week.

Thanks a lot for the step, it cleaned up very nicely, I have it already
re-covered with rubber tread, and my wife tells me the new T-molding came
today.
