I just the smallest screwdrivers in my crafstman set to pry the little
finger up. There are different types -- some use a plastic 'thing' on the
houseing that locks on to the finger, others use a metal tab on the finger
to click into the houseing.
Either way, lift whatever is locking and slide it out.
