Re: Tempest strangeness

Just to add to that message re the weird Tempest fault - just noticed that
it looks like something must once have been soldered between pins 2 and 4
of the DAC-08 at location D10 (there's residual solder on both pins).

Maybe a cap was attached to them for some reason, *maybe* to alleviate the
problem I described?

If so, what type/value of cap is likely to have been used?
